Privacy policy
This policy explains how YOOLKWON LABS handles information for One More Page: Aesop Stories on Android and iOS and its purchase-verification and download services.
Reading without an app account
The app does not ask for a reader's name, email, date of birth, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access. There is no app account, advertising, advertising identifier, third-party analytics, chat or social feed.
On your device
Reading progress, language and reading preferences, local purchase/restore state and downloaded story files stay on the device. Reading progress and preferences are not uploaded to our purchase server. Options allows removal of downloaded collections. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local data subject to operating-system behavior.
Purchase history
If an adult chooses to purchase, restore or download a paid collection, the app sends store purchase proof and product, collection and transaction identifiers to our HTTPS verification service. We verify them with Google Play or Apple. Our entitlement database retains the store, product, collection, hashed purchase reference, store order or transaction identifier, verification time and entitlement status to deliver purchases, restore access and prevent fraud. It does not retain raw purchase proofs. We do not receive payment-card numbers, bank details or store passwords.
We keep entitlement records while needed for purchased access and restoration, applicable legal obligations and fraud or dispute handling. Contact us to request deletion or exercise other applicable privacy rights. We verify authority over the purchase before changing an entitlement. Deletion may affect future restoration, and limited records may remain where required by law or legitimate security or dispute obligations.
Service providers and international processing
Google Play and Apple process payments under their own privacy policies. Amazon Web Services hosts our verification and entitlement services in the United States and delivers files through its global network. Network connection information, such as IP addresses, is necessarily processed to serve requests. We do not use it for advertising, location profiling or audience analytics. Our application does not intentionally log raw receipts, purchase tokens or reading activity. Technical operational logs support service reliability and security.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-app tracking. Service providers process information to supply these services, not for our advertising.
Children and families
The app is intended for readers aged 6–12 and parents or guardians. Children can read the included stories without providing reader-profile information. Purchase and restoration controls include a grown-up confirmation step. Store payment authorization is handled by Google Play or Apple. We do not knowingly solicit children's contact details or use targeted advertising. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child's information or privacy rights.
Choices and contact
Purchasing paid collections and restoring them are optional. Downloaded stories work offline. If you email support, we receive information you choose to send and use it to respond and retain necessary support records. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. Changes
We update the effective date when this policy changes and communicate material changes as required.
